At Gyenari's. It's crispy rice with ahi tuna and some other fish I believe.
I was going to put a picture of this girl's outfit gone wrong
(her dress looked like a towel, but 1) you can't tell in the picture and 2) it's mean to put up some girl's outfit as a fail.)
