Today was a perfect day of shopping in the morning and a food adventure at night. I went to Off-the-Grid with Lauren and her college roommates for delicious street truck vendor food. Afterwards, we went to Crepevine for hot chocolate and dessert (pictured above).

When I have a plain outfit, a bold-colored scarf or a pattern brightens up the outfits, or amps it up a bit.

A scarf is also good for low cut shirts, it'll be in place where a cleavage would have been shown.

At first when I saw this van with a bunch of dry-cleaned dress shirts and slacks I laughed and thought who's so busy that they need to have a bunch of clothes ready, pronto, all the time!

And then I saw a man from a dry-clean business come towards the van with more clothes. I guess it's dry cleaning delivery van.

Another moment where I'm proven not to judge.

Pesto Gnocchi 

It was VERY pretty! Intensely green when it came out.

Ate in LA with Chris & Tina. Chris had to give a ride for his sister so I tagged along 

The gnocchi was handmade (supposedly) and it was very chewy, soft, loads of goodness.

But each bite was quite concentrated with flavor and dough.
